1.     Acceptance of Terms: By accessing or using our website (the "Site") to book tours, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2.    Booking and Payment: All tour bookings made through our website are subject to availability. Prices listed are in the currency specified converted to Mexican Pesos (MXP) at the exchange rate of the day of the booking displayed in our website during the booking process and are subject to change without previous notice. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. We accept various forms of payment, including credit/debit cards and electronic funds transfer.

3.     Cancellation Policy

Free Cancellation
Cancel at least 24 hours before the start of the experience for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time are non-refundable.

Weather Cancellations
If the experience is cancelled due to bad weather conditions, Participants will be offered an alternative date. If rescheduling is not a viable option, a full refund will be issued.

Cruise Ship Guests
If your cruise ship misses the port, your booking will be automatically cancelled and fully refunded. If your cruise ship changes its arrival date, your tour will be rescheduled to match the new date keeping the same time or an alternative time based on availability.

4.     Changes to Bookings: Changes to tour bookings may be permitted with at least 24 hours of the tour starting time depending on availability. Additional fees may apply for changes made after the booking has been confirmed. We reserve the right to refuse any change requests that cannot be accommodated.

5.     Responsibility: We do not assume responsibility for any acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence during any of our tours. We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense incurred as a result of participation in any tour booked through our website.

6.     Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any loss, damage, injury, or expense incurred as a result of any tour booked through our website. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our website or the booking of any tour.

7.     Intellectual Property: All content on our website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Coco Adventours Cozumel or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or publicly display any content from our website without prior written consent.

8.     Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cozumel, Mexico. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cozumel, Mexico.
